齿形链

我厂生产的齿链带采用特殊热处理工艺，解决了现在国内热处理不过关的问题，链片采用链条专用钢带锻压而成，外硬内软，这样的处理工艺，解决了处理硬度大了，断片。处理硬度小了，不耐磨的问题，使用周期寿命大大延长。现已普遍配套于行列机，输瓶机的生产厂家。我厂生产各种链条、链轮、口型带，同时生产国际先进的双轴链条。

   本厂生产的齿形链带（无声链带）根据客户的不同需要，可选用ф195、ф235、20MnSi、40Mn、1Cr13、1Cr18等多种材质，采用先进的热处理工艺，链板表面硬度：HRC50-55。

渗碳层深度：0.20-0.25mm。穿轴硬度：HRC60-65。芯部仍具有良好的韧性，这样既保证了表面具有极高的耐磨性和强度，又保证了整体的柔韧性，2002年以来本厂在消化吸收进口哈瓦链的基础上，成功完成了自主加工制造，该链带穿轴为两根，利用双轴以轴心转动的原理，解决了穿轴与链板内孔剧烈磨损的不足，填补了国内的空白，同时也开拓了国际市场，本产品已远销印尼、泰国等国家和地区。

常用规格：

节距12.7mm\25.4mm,宽100mm、125mm、150mm、175mm、200mm、300mm等，均可按客户要求加工生产。

哈瓦链

 哈瓦链是一种高精度齿形链，兼有皮带的平稳性和链条传动紧凑性、经济性与长的使用寿命。其特点在于通过铰链的销轴和摆瓦间的滚动作用减少磨擦和实现节距伸长，其结果是传递功率能力的有效增长和减少多边形效应的危害。 链板是经过喷丸和预应力处理，从而有较大的承载能力。具有三倍于无声链的功率能力，具有较高的速度范围，在滚子链工作能力急剧下降的高速区，哈瓦链的能力却是不断提高。所以哈瓦链在许多场合具有无可争辩的，令人瞩目的优点。适用于所有应用高速原动机，例如柴油机和，气轮机的功率传动等。

Special Recommendation:Two pin silent chain  can  provide better use effects and longer usage life than single pin . And with protection plate can offer more safety protection for the product.
